沿著北漢江水逆江而上,首爾以東63km。南怡島宛如一片樹葉般，漂浮在水面上，面積為46萬平方米,周長約5km。參天的大樹,寬闊的草坪，江水圍繞的自然生態文化清幽的庭院。

    島上是馴鹿、鴕鳥、野兔以及無數的鳥類與人類和平相處的樂園。因為有了26歲英年早逝的南怡將軍的墓,所以取名南怡島 。1965年開始,守齋閔炳燾先生在荒沙灘,花生地上親手栽下了數千株樹木。

    平時為陸地,洪水泛濫時變成孤島的童話世界,音樂之島 - 南怡島、天下大眾的夢想之島 - 南怡共和國， 讓人用愛心洗去貪婪和欲望，生活疾苦暫且丟在一邊，人類享受真正的自由與和平。

Nami Island is located 63km to the east of Seoul, upstream Bukhan River. It is just like a leave floating on water surface with an area of approx. 460 thousand m2 and perimeter of approx. 5km. With towering trees and vast lawn, quiet and secluded eco-friendly courtyard is surrounded by river water.

    The island is paradise where reindeers, ostriches, hares and numberless birds are living peacefully in harmony with human. It is named after the tomb of General Nami who died young. Since 1965, Mr. Zhai Min Ping Shou Tao has planted thousands of trees on barren beach and peanut field.

    Normally the island is a flat land. When flooded, it turns into a world of fairy tale and solitary island of music - Nami Island, a dream island for the public - Nami Republic, allowing people to forget greed and desire, ignore pains in life and enjoy real freedom and peace.
